Ordered a headboard in April. Took 3 months to be delivered. Like the headboard but the “”white glove” delivery isn’t what it’s cracked up to be. No one warned that they couldn’t attach a headboard to the wall. Basically we are spending two hours to secure it. Very disappointing!

The very kind Hollis was the Pottery Barn designer that helped me today. She was so very patient as I looked at more than a few fabric options for a new sleeper sofa.
