We shop at Ballard often and my wife loves the style. Recently we ran into a customer service issue and Jefferson, the manager at the Charlotte NC store, was very helpful and solved our issue. Table arrived missing large parts, not a few bolts but actual pieces of the table. The best they can do is 2 weeks for the parts. For the price of the products, one would think Customer Satisfaction would be a priority but no. We now have a useless table and the family of 5 will continue to eat standing up.
