Trash! didn't even have the competence to cash a check drafted from their own institution lol went to the branch on Carolina place pkwy and they took care of it with no problem!

Truly just an incompetent bank. Zero customer service and mismanagement of client mortgages for deceased individual. I had to jump through hoops and bend over backward because they couldn’t get the paperwork right.

Dont bank with TRUIST. They put a 10 day hold on a cashiers check from another bank. I drove here after customer service advised me that the branch could remove the hold, they refused.
