Hours: ZARA is a long-awaited and exciting addition to Charlotte. The store is very clean, well-kept, and very well organized with a nice set up and color-coded sections. It is a very huge space with a good collection of clothes, though some note the fashion is more inclined toward European styles. The store was stocked, with many items on sale post-Christmas, and employees were available to help. Features include innovative self-checkout and spacious, bright fitting rooms. A common point is that it can be a little too packed to shop comfortably. While some feel the men's section is quite small, overall there are no major complaints, and customers are happy to finally have ZARA in the city.
