Fair warning to anyone having to interact with the business manager Barry Love. I had two unpleasant interactions with him as he lied to me multiple times about warranties and what my options are. He upsold me on a warranty and I feel he took advantage of me as a new buyer. I felt pressured with his condescending attitude throughout the experience. Lastly, I found it unprofessional that he referred to me as “that girl” as I was actively in the room doing business with him.
Overall, Ruby was amazing and I hope my concerns with Mr. Love is handled for the sake of future customers.”
“Rocky is the picture of southern hospitality. He was a gentleman when we found ourselves with a flat and nowhere to go, helped us out with the change right quick and gave great directions for how to get home for a couple of out-of-staters.”
“One of my low beam headlight bulbs went out when I was driving from Cary to Ocean Isle Beach on May 15th. Google Maps indicated the Whiteville store was the closest to where I was on the road at the time, so I headed there. I got to the store very close to closing time, but Paul was very kind and helpful to me with purchasing and installing the light bulb. I was grateful that I wouldn’t have to drive the rest of the way to OIB with only one headlight! Thank you for the great customer service, Paul!!”

“In late June, my car was disabled on Hwy 74 by a piece of road debris. Brian came out to tow my car to his shop, as I was over 100 miles from home. I filed a report with my insurance company and Jolene handled all the details, dealing with the insurance adjuster and ordering the necessary parts. I did not have to worry about a thing!! Jolene kept me updated on the status of repairs and could not have been nicer, more honest or more professional.

“Matt Jernigan took over as owner of Jack's motor parts. I believe Matt has one of the machinists that had been working for Jack 30 years and he rebuilt the cylinder head for my 1979 Jeep CJ 4.2 l. Once installed the Jeep ran better than ever I live in Myrtle Beach this place is an hour north of me and it is incredibly worth it. Turnaround time is 3 days possibly less. And his prices are fair and realistic compared to the local machine shop near me. My local machine shop had a 3-week turnaround because their machinists only works three days a week. Seriously this place is incredibly professional and my cylinder head was refurbished like new. My 4.2 L straight-6 is running like new. Matt and his team are very serious and professional and will rebuild whatever you bring to them right. Thank you so much”

“I wanted to express my appreciation to, Alec. He was able to get a part for my SUV that the local dealership said wasn't available and couldn't be fixed. I wasn't willing to give up on my SUV that only had 55,660 miles on it so I did a lot of calling and thanks to a referral from Chris at Black's Tire service I was put in contact with Alec at Carquest. Alec was very helpful, found the part that was needed and preprogrammed, and was very understanding and professional. Thanks to him I got the necessary part and Chris from BTS was able to install it and got my SUV running and back on the road! Thank you, Alec for all your help!!”

“Chester and the guys at Harold's Body shop just completely restored our 2005 F150. It had a bad rust area on top of the cab. We told them to take their time and just do a good job. We wanted all new lights , grill , etc also. Wow! What a job. It looks brand new! Chester is a very gifted paint and body guy. We are so happy with the way it turned out. We are also ecstatic with our wheels and rims. I highly recommend these guys for paint and body work. They were also more than fair with their pricing. We couldn't be more pleased . Thank you guys !”

“Walmart would not change my battery but contacted the Whiteville store and spoke with George and I explained why Walmart would not change out my battery he suggested I take my car to the store and he would be glad to take a look at it! Within 15 minutes I had a new battery installed and on my way! George was literally the BEST!! Thank you for the awesome customer service George!”
“If you need body repair work done on your car I highly suggest Whiteville Body Shop. They honored the quote without any surprise charges and completed the work in two days. When they saw I was using nothing but duct tape to hold it up they offered to anchor the bumper in a safer way for free until I saved enough money for the actual repair.”
“These guys are always going above and beyond especially Terry, driving 1000 miles a week for work I am at the auto center quite a bit either getting tires or getting my oil changed, these guys always go above and beyond to take care of you and save you money, I always deal with Terry, who will not only make you laugh but makes sure you get the best deal.
