“Awesome little hide away heaven! Great place to relax and enjoy the historic view..not big or crowded..
The staff is absolutely amazing! Only reason I didn't give the room a 5 is because it was very cold in the room the first night..but maintenence came the next day and didn't stop until he fixed the issue. I also would've loved my own coffee machine..walking across the courtyard in the am to get coffee when it's 31 degrees outside is not fun!

“After staying at the terrible Hampton Inn in Bermuda Run we were happy to leave there and come here! This place is super clean, excellent location & the staff is TOP NOTCH. Our room is clean and spacious for our family and we love how it has a full kitchen area minus stove. The fridge is almost full size too.Would definitely recommend this place”
“My husband and I I stayed at this Marriott Bonvoy in Winston Salem while we were house hunting. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, helpful and kind! My husband needed a room with a roll in shower and when we booked the reservation we were told the only thing available was a handicap room with a tub. However at check in we were greeted by Aniah and she was able to change our reservation to include a roll in shower. She and Stefanie set us up for M Club so we could take advantage of that also. We will continue to stay at this Marriott because of the incredible staff! Special thank you to Aniah! She’s a gem!”

“I stayed here on Friday night (9/7/2024) as I went to Winston-Salem for a night-time event, and didn't want to have to drive back to Charlotte at night. Everything about my stay was great. The hotel is lovely. My room was wonderful. And especially the front desk attendant that was there in the daytime on Friday during the day (I think his name was Marlon?). When I want to do a weekend in Winston-Salem, this would be my first choice and I really hope to stay there again.”
“I was in town for a conference at the Benton Convention Center and stayed at this hotel. I was pleased with the location and quality of the accommodations. There is a parking garage right next door for $15 per day which is less than other downtown lots. Also, Foothills Brewing is right next door if you want to grab a drink or meal. Numerous other restaurants are right down the street, and it was a five minute walk to the convention center. I would stay at this hotel again if I return to town.Walkability: Within walking distance to convention center as well as several downtown restaurants.”

“Large clean hotel with nice staff. Clean room with good lighting, nice bed, decent TV, Good water pressure, nice AC/Heat. Free breakfast is nice with a good variety. Large parking lot with places you can park a box truck. Room didn't have a microwave. Instead they had a couple in the lobby. Elevators are a little sketchy and feel out of place in such a clean hotel. Luggage carts are old and worn out and desperately need replacement or maintenance. Parking lot has a lot of activity which can be concerning though I had no issues during my stay. Location isn't the best in terms of nearby stores/restaurants but is fine. All in all a good hotel with some minor niche complaints not really worth knocking a star off for in my opinion.”

“The rooms that were absolutely superb. The bedding was superb extremely comfortable nice sheets. The bathroom was extremely clean the shower pressure was overwhelming and extremely hot. The staff for second to none for service. The only downside I'd have to say is that the food was average to below average specially for the buffet service”

“Clean room just not sufficiently stocked with toiletries. We sprang for the Jacuzzi tub which set us back and extra 10$ but there was no plug in our room so we couldn't even fill it with water. Breakfast wasn't fit for my dog and I've eaten a lot of food on the road and not had anything this awful if your gonna advertise that you have free complimentary breakfast at least make it palatable. The bagel and cream cheese wasnt too bad and the cereal with milk it's hard to screw that up lol.”

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the on-site restaurant offered great meals at fair prices. The friendly staff made my experience even better.
