“Had to port my number back to T-Mobile this morning after 11 days of no service with Verizon due to a failure caused by the store where I’d purchased the service 11 days ago. Turner, my sales agent at this store, could not have been more understanding, helpful, friendly and cool about the whole thing. He took care of it immediately and I’m on my way to having service again. Wish every store and staff could be like this. A++ -Pete”

“I came into the store after my phone was stolen all my pictures of my mother in law that passed away were on the stolen phone the lady from another cricket store told me I couldn’t retrieve my account because I didn’t remember my gmail information. I decided to give another cricket store a try and came in Reynolda it’s very small store barley any parking but the customer service I received from the young lady working alone was exceptional she had a line of customers and juggling two customers at different computers and had a customer on the phone and she didn’t seem faced by the pressure after it was my turn and I explained how important my pictures were and I needed to know if I could get them back she told me she would try to retrieve it right after she was able to find out my account email and helped me reset password I was so grateful. The young lady name was Jessica or Jennifer from now on I will only go to this store and know that I am receiving the best customer care service keep up the good work cricket”
“I went in for a screen replacement for my Samsung S23 Ultra. They quoted me $220 and 30 mins repair for a aftermarket screen.
After asking about the price she said she could drop it to $210. I thought I could beat that price so I called around a few different shops. No one could do better, the next best was $280 and then $300.
I came back and left my phone for a repair. I timed it cause I was in a rush and needed to leave the shopping area. It took them about about 45 mins but they did keep the price the same.
I'm writing this about 5 weeks after my purchase so I could make sure the screen works and was reliable. So far I approve and would shop here again. The screen isn't a one to one but does have all the functionality like fingerprint and dimming that I was worried about.
The shop has more cell phone cases than Ive ever seen anywhere else in my life.
The ladies that were running the shop were chill and straight up. Not exactly polite but not rude either.
My phone works great and I would go back to them for service. It saved me hundreds in the long run.”

The store had good upkeep and was very tidy and organized. From what I experienced this location is staffed well and had no wait time. I would definitely recommend this AT&T store location.”
