“Ok, the prices are more expensive. Let's get that out of the way......BUT.....BIG BUT here... the store is ALWAYS clean. The employees are ALWAYS nice and helpful. They do have more of a selection and off the wall stuff you probably never tried before. Higher end items than others stores. Gentlemen. Beer Garden. You can't have a bad time while grocery shopping with a beer. And full BBQ section.”

“I am giving this location a 5 star review for the cashier name Bril, and her alone. She is a blessing to this store and a testament to quality customer service. I currently do Instacart to supplement my income and so I visit a lot of stores in the Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Jamestown, and Winston-Salem area and alot of them are Harris Teeters. There is not a single time that I have come to this location and Bril didn't greet me with a smile, ask me how I was doing, promptly get customers through the line, bag the items properly by temperature and never break from excellent, white glove customer service. I mean never. I complimented her to the manager, however, I feel like she deserves a Google review and I will contact corporate. Exemplary customer service has declined so much over the years. I've been in this store and encountered managers who weren't as willing to help as she is. She is a true testament to excellent customer service and a true blessing to this location. Thank you Bril for always being so kind, so helpful, and just a pleasure to encounter.”
“The employees are always wonderful, but today Lindsey went above and beyond for me. I had issues with a digital gift card but she handled it amazingly and was so patient the whole time. Lowe’s is more expensive than other stores but the customer service makes it worth it.”
“Shopped the High Point Aldi's today due to being in the area. The store is much larger with better selections than the K'ville location. Surprised that this location has not implemented self checkout scanners. Makes checking out a lot slower and tedious.”

“They have good prices on MVP items, otherwise they are generally higher priced than WM. The selection is excellent, even on sale items and the staff are very very helpful in answering any questions. Checkout is great, friendly cashiers that pack your bags very well. I enjoy going there with my FL app and my sale items in my cart.
I wish the app would sort my cart by aisle, as I end up passing by an aisle and then having to come back.”
“Want to give a shout out to the gentleman in the bakery. I don't know his name, but a young African-American man. He was very courteous and very helpful.. I called ahead of time to request something and came to pick it up and it was ready.. He provided excellent service and this is why I will continue to support Harris Teeter. this is really a great place to shop.. I appreciate professionalism and being treated like a truly valued customer.”
“I always use the grocery pick up at this ALDIs. My orders are always fulfilled on time and they are often ready in advance of my alloted time. If I can't get by early, they keep them refrigerated and ready to go when I arrive in my pickup window. My orders have always been fulfilled correctly with the right substitutions if something is out of stock. And if something is not available it is adjusted on the invoice.”
“I went in to grab a few things for dinner and ended up finding pretty much everything on my list without much trouble. The store was clean and the aisles were easy to get through, which I always appreciate. Produce looked fresh overall, and the prices seemed fair compared to other places around town. The cashier was polite and moved the line along at a decent pace. It wasn’t anything over the top, but it’s a solid grocery store that gets the job done. I’ll probably keep coming back since it’s reliable and close to home.”

“Had the best customer experience ever! Ordered groceries for delivery through the app and they didn’t bring one of my items. Husbands at work and I’m not feeling well so I call the store expecting just a refund, but NO! The manager himself drove my missing item to my house and hand delivered it along with a gift card!
So thankful!!! Now that is customer service! ???”
“I needed 2 gallons in a hurry to replace a broken decoration. The young man helped me find suitable choices, and he gave me the paper that was priced. I was able to go pay while he inflated the balloons. I wish I knew his name. This wasn't his usual job, he came to help me from another part of the store. I had contact with 3 employees there. They all did a great job helping me.”

“Went here today on July 3 only saw one person working at the check-out, actually only saw one person working in the whole store so I wanna give a shout out to Frances on Gate City Boulevard. She was handling that place like a champ. There were long lines and she was working the self checkout and a regular checkout line! She was working with such grace and patience. I just wanted to say thank you for the pleasant experience that Frances gave us today. We really appreciate your kindness!”

“Finally, found the origin of the best pimento cheese I have ever eaten. Friendly and helpful staff ? Musten & Crutchfield has been in business since 1938 on North Main in Kernersville, NC. The store is awesome with a big variety of mouth watering delicious products and old fashioned items. Prices are extremely reasonable ? Check it out. Items you won't find anywhere else. ☆☆☆☆☆+”
“They have a lot of sales so they're forth they don't keep a lot of things stocked like the pepsis and mountain dews for example if you buy two cases you get three free or certain days of the week but how do you keep up with that if you don't have the Pepsi man bring it enough in the cover the demand you may go there and they may only be two or three options as people pick through also the produce used to be beautiful maybe summer time coming around it'll be better overall the stores okay it takes a long time for me to find things in this store because of the way the setup is One thing maybe at this end and the other thing is on the other side of the other”

“I stopped by at this store Saturday morning to pick up some fruits and vegetables on our way out of town on a camping trip. I had to get something out of one of my external storage compartments. While in a traffic slowdown on I40 west of Asheville the car next to me told me one of my storage doors was open. I had taken a few things out at Harris Teeter and forgot to put them back in and close the door. So I called the store (about 4 hours later) and was lucky enough to talk to the store manger. He listened to my dilemma and said he would go out and look to see if the contents of my storage compartment was still in his parking lot. About 15 minutes later he called my back and said he had found my stuff and would hold it until I returned next Friday. That’s service! It’s a tribute to the high quality individuals employed by Harris Teeter.”
