“I was here weeks ago with my son. I noticed that they have quite a bit of stock & the prices are more reasonable than the actual Ralph Lauren stores. There were a few people that asked us if we needed help.
Every once in a while, when my throat gets dry, my asthma sort of kicks in and one of the ladies was kind enough to bring me water as I tried on a few items which sadly didn’t fit. She was also kind to bring one for my son who was waiting outside the fitting room. I feel bad that I can’t remember her name but I hope she reads this. Thank you for your kindness!
I will definitely come back to this Ralph Lauren factory store.

She suggested Jewelry pieces to me, convinced me to buy pieces I was unsure of! She was polite, she didn't break while still working folding clothes toward closing time. So she is a great multi tasker. I felt comfy with her, not like South Park mall where they watch you & have attitudes (except the one black lady who works there.) She was by herself as well, so to have that energy was rare!”
“We had a great experience at this Banana Republic Factory store in Concord Mills. We had earned some rewards from using our Gap credit card so we spent some of it here.
Ashley whom we met when we walked in was awesome! She kindly approached and helped me find a merino wool sweater for our son who is a junior in college. He’s hard to shop for but this was a classic sweater perfect for Spring. Ashley was quite patient with us as my husband and I debated about colors of the sweaters. Glad we finally came to an agreement on neutral gray. Classics are the best!

“The store is one of my favorites but yesterday I had a bad experience with what I think is the manager. Yesterday she only saw us so bad, she was throwing things like crazy and looking at the ugly people. My 6 year old son told me why she was angry and ugly case yes. They don't want to work, leave home like that, Mrs. Alison is an American, if you don't want to work, go home and don't stress Asus employees and the people who are going to buy from you, don't give them anything, I hope not there, why show up until Asus employees treat them badly?”
“All I wear is Vineyard Vines for my work clothes. Also have tons of shorts, t shirts and ball caps. Generally a good selection here, pants are kinda lacking in that department. But then again, it’s an outlet. Can’t really control what merch you get to sale I imagine. Staff generally friendly. “I went into the store on a Wednesday morning: No crowds. When I go there I was welcomed by Kyle who was busy unpacking the new shipment. Even though he was obviously busy and alone in the store, he tended every position with ease. I went into the store to return some jeans I ordered online that were too big, he looked at the pants and me and immediately knew my size. I described the pants I wanted (bc he didn't have a smaller size in the pants I returned). He went to the back and came out with the 2 pairs of pants that fit perfect AND were the exact style I was looking for. Great service, great selection.”

“This is a good size J. Crew Factory store. It seems to have a pretty nice selection of merchandise. I feel like the one on Park Road in Charlotte has a bit more to offer but maybe I’m just partial to it & the outstanding customer service they usually offer.
You can never go wrong in J. Crew fashion especially at a bargain.
