“Yesterday on 12/13/25 my Aunt and I were out looking for a new mattress set for her at another store that I won't mention the name of. To me the prices at that other store were extremely outrageous, so I suggested that we go to Mattress Firm which is located in the same vicinity. We walked into Mattress Firm Concord and Shannon T. met us at the door and was the ABSOLUTE BEST salesperson we have encountered in a very long time any where! She gave outstanding customer service! She was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, kind, and courteous. She felt like family by the time we left! A pure pleasure to work with. The store has a large collection of merchandise and they have options for what you can afford (your price range)! They also have the best deals and sales! Don't take my word for it... go see for yourself. You'll be glad you did! Ask for Shannon too! She goes above and beyond and we really appreciate her!”

“I've been with Kimball's for years I bought a lot of stuff from them I went in there last week that many fireplace heater because I was in there maybe 20 minutes all together all of them were great at the store two guys who deliver a fireplace the next day they called me ahead of time let me know what time they'll be there they were there on time two guys that delivered it was great and very nice”

“Great place to deliver. In and out in 2 hrs. Located in shopping mall. Didn't have any problems parking overnight, plenty of places to eat nearby. See photo for delivery instructions. Truck stops/rest areas nearby but small and full early.”

“I go to their Starbucks inside the store, it is the best Starbucks in my area. The baristas are always sweet, their drinks are always made correctly and the customer service is amazing. Compared to corporate Starbucks, the licensed stores have always been better in quality of drinks and I'm not quite sure why. But I highly recommend this location and I never had any issues.”
