H&M offers very nice clothes and a great collection, with quality clothing at a good value. Customers report being able to quickly find what they need. However, the store often needs cleaning, with clothes and shoes in disarray and a lack of order. Advisors are very few and difficult to find, with staff often just standing around, though attention at the registers is noted as very well. The children's section can be particularly awful.
H&M is offering great deals for men, women, and kids, especially with the New Year sales going on. There’s a wide variety of trendy and affordable clothing to choose from. The store was well-organized, and overall it was a very good shopping experience. Definitely worth visiting during the sale season!

Needs cleaning looks worse than any store I've been in . Clothes all over the floor shoes hanging everywhere the children section was awful know one was doing anything but standing around the only person I saw working was at the register that's because I paid for an item
