“I received exceptional customer service with my visit at the Buckles in Concord Mills Mall. Lizzie warmly greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and offered to assist me with finding outfits. I let her know my style and she did a phenomenal job finding outfits that looked amazing on me. I was super impressed with how knowledgeable she was and how she went above and beyond continuing to bring me clothes that she thought would look good on me. It was a Saturday and they were busy but she made me feel as if I was her only customer with the level of service she gave. She was very friendly as well so I give her a 10 out of 10. The manager, Kaitlin, also came over to ask how I was doing and overheard my conversation with Lizzie and gave me some additional jeans to try on and was super sweet. Joelle greeted me and was very friendly as well. I went into almost every store in that mall and no stores customer service came close in comparison to the service I received at Buckles today. I am very impressed and will be back again. I’m not sure if you reward stores for exceptional service with gift cards, food, or some type of reward…I would say this store 100% deserves to be rewarded for their great service!”
“Great job from the staff I came in on Saturday with my daughter and my daughter was looking for a specific shoe they had it they didn't have it in stock we thought and out of nowhere one of the staff members came up and gave her the shoe in hand with box game changer for sure everybody was friendly respectful greeted you at the door when you came in asked you did you need any help it's hard to find that in places these days I must say everybody there including the lady that gave my daughter the shoes I can't remember her name I do apologize they all deserve raises and free shoes from y'all establishment people like that need to be cherished..”
“We just had a 5 star experience at Brooks Bros, getting a suit for my husband. Decarlo was personable and professional in assisting my husband (and me) by getting measurements, making smart recommendations, and even getting us 20% off by suggesting we get a Brooks Bros credit card. Decarlo went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of before we left. Let me contrast this experience with the one we had at Mens Wearhouse just 10 minutes earlier, where no one even greeted us.”

“I went into Lucky Brand just browsing. Trey that worked there was so nice, full of energy and eager to help. I ended up leaving with nothing but then later coming back to purchase some items and Trey not only helped me but encouraged me to try a shirt on I wanted to order but it was so stinking hot I was like no way am I trying something on but he was so nice and was like “look, I even have a cool zone waiting for you” and it was cool area with a fan circulating so I tried it on and ended up ordering what I wanted. He was so nice and had me phenomenal energy. Please go to see Trey if you’re in this store!”

“This is a good size J. Crew Factory store. It seems to have a pretty nice selection of merchandise. I feel like the one on Park Road in Charlotte has a bit more to offer but maybe I’m just partial to it & the outstanding customer service they usually offer.
You can never go wrong in J. Crew fashion especially at a bargain.

“I love, love, LOVE this TJmaxx/homegoods, but when we were in here this past weeked I had to put all of my stuff up due to the line being to the back of the store. If you have a combined store, please add more registers on each side.”
“I stopped in at footlocker to get my son a couple of items and I found out that they have some great pre-holiday sales going on. Whitney was the sales associate that assisted me and she was very knowledgeable of the products they had in stock, she helped me select some really nice items. I also noticed some new Adidas colors that are not even in stock at the Adidas store, so don't sleep on footlocker for the latest styles and colors!”
“This place is great! Top brands sorted by color and then size. Watch for a single number 1, 2 or 3 on the tag. There are more discounts based on the day and if the tag has one of the numbers that corresponds with the day you're there. Be cautious of the true sizes, make sure they fit first. 2 times in a row I bought my size and was way too small. Could of been juniors with adult, not sure since the tag didn't indicate this. In all, a must go for discounted sporting apparel.”
“Came in today because I ripped my leggings and was helped by the sweetest most kindest person ever, they helped me find pants that fit me right this time (lol) and made sure I had such a memorable experience. When I was waiting to check out they even let me put the pants on so I didn’t have to spare one more second in those god forsaken unforgiving leggings. They helped signed me up with the rewards program as well so I saved even more money. That person name is, DeShawn and whomever this concerns (I’m looking at you, management) yall make sure that man has everything he needs and wants in this world and more.”
“We had a great experience at this Banana Republic Factory store in Concord Mills. We had earned some rewards from using our Gap credit card so we spent some of it here.
Ashley whom we met when we walked in was awesome! She kindly approached and helped me find a merino wool sweater for our son who is a junior in college. He’s hard to shop for but this was a classic sweater perfect for Spring. Ashley was quite patient with us as my husband and I debated about colors of the sweaters. Glad we finally came to an agreement on neutral gray. Classics are the best!

“H&M is offering great deals for men, women, and kids, especially with the New Year sales going on. There’s a wide variety of trendy and affordable clothing to choose from. The store was well-organized, and overall it was a very good shopping experience. Definitely worth visiting during the sale season!”

“I went into the store on a Wednesday morning: No crowds. When I go there I was welcomed by Kyle who was busy unpacking the new shipment. Even though he was obviously busy and alone in the store, he tended every position with ease. I went into the store to return some jeans I ordered online that were too big, he looked at the pants and me and immediately knew my size. I described the pants I wanted (bc he didn't have a smaller size in the pants I returned). He went to the back and came out with the 2 pairs of pants that fit perfect AND were the exact style I was looking for. Great service, great selection.”

However, the store felt a bit understaffed during the holiday season, so service was slightly slow. Overall, a good shopping experience, especially with the discount.”
