“Love Oakley designs and build quality, so this is an excellent store to check the latest Oakley merchandise. They do change products frequently, so check this store out regularly for the latest fashions. The service is good with the staff helping but not overbearing. They carry Oakley frames, sunglasses, shoes, clothes, backpacks and more. Inside the Concord Mills Mall.”

“Could not have asked for a better experience and let me tell you why... I did not buy anything and was treated like a king. I was on a mission while trying to find a specific color shoe lace as a purchase I made the day prior at another Vans store left me without a good option. The staff at the Concord Mills location went above and beyond for me to search high and low throughout their stockroom and even made some suggestions to where I could find what I was looking for. While no purchase was made at this location, I will most certainly be back to make a purchase in the future - Assuming they get Rowleys that I do not have!”

“Hands down the BEST shopping experience of my life. I literally cried. Audrey went above and beyond and made my two girls (11 and 13) feel like a million dollars. “I don't usually leave reviews for clothing stores, but Arthur/ Trey and the rest of the crew at this store just go so far above and beyond that it's incredible. I was here with my daughters and son a couple months ago and he not only went out of his way to be helpful to us, but when we came in this afternoon, remembered us and dapped up everybody as we came back in. Then the whole crew was super helpful once again! We'll be back.”

“I was looking for the v shape leggins and this store did not disappoint! Found the leggins and some other items that were 70% off...winning! I've never heard of this store until I went to the mall, but I will definitely return. I was also able to get 25% additional off for signing up for the mobile notification.”
“This place is great! Top brands sorted by color and then size. Watch for a single number 1, 2 or 3 on the tag. There are more discounts based on the day and if the tag has one of the numbers that corresponds with the day you're there. Be cautious of the true sizes, make sure they fit first. 2 times in a row I bought my size and was way too small. Could of been juniors with adult, not sure since the tag didn't indicate this. In all, a must go for discounted sporting apparel.”

“We had a great experience at this Banana Republic Factory store in Concord Mills. We had earned some rewards from using our Gap credit card so we spent some of it here.
Ashley whom we met when we walked in was awesome! She kindly approached and helped me find a merino wool sweater for our son who is a junior in college. He’s hard to shop for but this was a classic sweater perfect for Spring. Ashley was quite patient with us as my husband and I debated about colors of the sweaters. Glad we finally came to an agreement on neutral gray. Classics are the best!

“H&M is offering great deals for men, women, and kids, especially with the New Year sales going on. There’s a wide variety of trendy and affordable clothing to choose from. The store was well-organized, and overall it was a very good shopping experience. Definitely worth visiting during the sale season!”

“I went into the store on a Wednesday morning: No crowds. When I go there I was welcomed by Kyle who was busy unpacking the new shipment. Even though he was obviously busy and alone in the store, he tended every position with ease. I went into the store to return some jeans I ordered online that were too big, he looked at the pants and me and immediately knew my size. I described the pants I wanted (bc he didn't have a smaller size in the pants I returned). He went to the back and came out with the 2 pairs of pants that fit perfect AND were the exact style I was looking for. Great service, great selection.”
“This is a good size J. Crew Factory store. It seems to have a pretty nice selection of merchandise. I feel like the one on Park Road in Charlotte has a bit more to offer but maybe I’m just partial to it & the outstanding customer service they usually offer.
You can never go wrong in J. Crew fashion especially at a bargain.

“Leah, Ari, Christina & Mandy at the Concord, NC store were awesome when I was in the store to return a damaged bookbag. Leah took the time to get all the details, completed tbe return & ordered a new bookbag for me! I was able to get a better price on the newly ordered bookbag, so I received a $10 gift card. I was also looking for a pair of boots for my niece while I was there & Leah took the time to call the Charlotte location for me since they didn't have the size that I needed! They held the boots that I needed & I was so happy! Leah went above & beyond from start to finish & I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience! Ari is so bubbly & sweet. I had a prior experience with her that was great as well! They definitely have an all-star team of ladies at this location!”

“I stopped in at footlocker to get my son a couple of items and I found out that they have some great pre-holiday sales going on. Whitney was the sales associate that assisted me and she was very knowledgeable of the products they had in stock, she helped me select some really nice items. I also noticed some new Adidas colors that are not even in stock at the Adidas store, so don't sleep on footlocker for the latest styles and colors!”
