Ross Dress for Less offers the latest fashions and brands for family and home at low prices. It can be a good place to find many things cheaply, though the store can get super busy with long lines. The shopping experience is not always the most pleasant, with a messy and not very organized floor. However, associates work hard to clean up and help people get checked out fast. The fitting rooms are clean and staff can be super helpful. Some find it difficult to get good clothes now and come home disappointed.
Need more cashiers for the volume of customers. Sensors are always buzzing around the store. Nice staff though.

This store is in disarray, and the quality of the merchandise leaves a lot to be desired. My shopping experience was one of disappointment. I have no desire to go back. I've tried this store at least three times, and I think this is the norm.

Really like the treasures you can find, but the registers were down, so I couldn't buy the items I selected.
