“Stopped in this branch to get some information about opening an account and some CDs. Robert was very friendly and helpful.I took off one star because they dropped their share rate 1/2% day before I was ready to open 75k with of certificates, even though Robert told me rates were not going anywhere yet. So I just went somewhere else. Its a shame, I really was looking forward to working with them.”

They also call whenever your account is suspected of fraud, to confirm if those transactions were done by the account holder. Which I’ve never had a personal bank do, come here for any needs/services. They’ll go the extra mile to make it happen!”
