Robert was very friendly and helpful.I took off one star because they dropped their share rate 1/2% day before I was ready to open 75k with of certificates, even though Robert told me rates were not going anywhere yet. So I just went somewhere else. Its a shame, I really was looking forward to working with them.”

“This is my favorite branch of people’s bank to use. There is never any wait so I’m in and out quickly. It is also less than 3 minutes from my business so that is also really nice. But the best thing about this branch is the staff. They are always so kind, smiling and helpful. They know my name and treat me like a neighbor or friend versus what you can expect with a larger national bank brand, which is the type of bank I will never park my dough balls at again!”

They also call whenever your account is suspected of fraud, to confirm if those transactions were done by the account holder. Which I’ve never had a personal bank do, come here for any needs/services. They’ll go the extra mile to make it happen!”

“This is an "okay" branch. I prefer to go to the one on 70 but when I am in Mtn. View I make a stop here. There is a different teller each time I go to the drive thru. I don't bank here but I take deposits for others. They won't allow you to make payments for someone else even though you have their card. Some are friendly and some take a really long time. Depends on the day.”
