They have slim accent pieces to huge slabs. Bobby asked if he could help as soon as I walked in. I told him I wasn't sure what I really wanted. He walked all over and showed me the different types and cuts. Thank you for all the help and patience.”

“This is the coolest hardware store. I love the old shelving that goes to the ceiling in this tall ceiling old building and then it has a ladder on a slide rail to access them. There are also many antiques on the walls on display throughout the store. The employees are very helpful. I really didn't need much today but I did buy some electric tape and flew medicine for the dogs. This shop is worth a stop just to look around but you may find something you need anyways.”

“My smoke detectors were beeping right around 4:30am. I tried to find replacement batteries at home and we didn't have any. I called the gas station and asked if they had the 9V batteries in the gas station and he said they did not. I knew the hardware and grocery store didn't open until 7, but Josh offered to go to hardware and get the batteries for me. I drove the mile down the road to the store and as promised, he had the batteries at the register for me to hurry back home before the beeping woke up my babies. Thanks for being awesome! Great store. I have never had a problem with this store ever, but this went above and beyond with customer service so I had to leave a positive review!”

“This was the 7th place I had visited, and the only people who could help me. My center handle of my shower/tub was leaking 50/50 through the tub and shower. From a quick Google search and disassembly, I determined I needed a new diverter valve cartridge. The general consensus both online and in 6 different locally-owned and big-box hardware stores was that it would be absolutely impossible to find the exact cartridge I needed because there were so many brands and never any part numbers printed on them.The associate at Ferguson’s immediately recognized the part, and helped me order the exact part through Amazon for $7 to be delivered to my house. Wished I had gone to them first rather than talk to lots of people who were not plumbing specialists and lots of parts that did not fit.Thank you again, Ferguson’s. We would have had to take the whole wall out and replumb the shower if we didn’t find the cartridge.”
