“We were searching for western boots and were pleasantly surprised by our visit. All 3 of the staff were welcoming and attentive asking if we needed assistance. Several times during our search for boots we did request and received assistance on the quality and availability of a select style of boot. We did buy a good pair of Ariat and are quite pleased with the purchase. We highly recommend visiting Royal's for western wear.”

“Overall good experience at the location. We were out of town and my son had worn slides and they got wet and he got blisters on his feet so we had to stop and get him some shoes. He's in a size that is hard to find but we did find some that he liked and bought them. The staff was nice and not pushy which I like.”

“I've been to this Store a couple times and I never have any issues. Earlier this year I purchased some some sneakers online and then returned them at this location because they didn't fit the way I liked. On my most recent visit I was just browsing to see what they may have and they had a bomb 50% off sale going on and I seen some sneakers that I like. I have a bunch of the same style but different color schemes. 50% off $90?! Yes I will buy these $45 sneakers asap! It was pretty empty in the store and no line so I went up and purchased them and went on about my day!”

“Love the selection! Finally, some great brands offered in Lake Norman. Beautiful styles, great quality, unique pieces that I’m used to seeing at cute boutiques in NYC. So happy to have stumbled across this gem!Only I almost didn’t go in because it looks closed from the outside. Not very inviting from the street, but glad to find it open when I walked by and tried the door.Only reason for 4 stars was the woman wasn’t very friendly when I was there. I like to be left alone to shop but I also appreciate the offer of help and an occasional check in when I’m trying clothes on. Was in the store for about 40 minutes and only saw her once when she spoke to me very quietly. It almost felt like I was a bother for being there. But I enjoyed my time and will certainly be back!”
