U-Haul Moving & Storage of Safe Harbor offers truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, and self-storage solutions. The location is noted for having plenty of vehicles and trailers available at low prices, especially for local moves. The facility includes secure, gated storage units with unique passcodes. A nearby gas station makes refueling rental trucks convenient. Reviews consistently highlight the phenomenal, excellent, and fantastic staff, who are described as friendly, helpful, polite, and professional. The team provides great customer service, guiding customers through the process, answering questions, and offering helpful recommendations. Specific employees are praised for going above and beyond, ensuring trucks are ready and clean for hassle-free pick-up and drop-off. The storage facility, particularly for boats and RVs, is in high demand with a long wait-list due to its amazing location and great value. Under new management, the location has reportedly turned around with a killer team, making it a great place for rentals and storage. The main drawback is a relatively small lot with limited customer parking.

Vinny was amazingly helpful in sorting out a problem stemming from a different location. I will most definitely look to this location for my future moving needs when it comes to the Charlotte area! 10/10 manager
