“This branch is very busy and you may need to wait longer than expected, even if you have an appointment. The managers run things well, they communicate very well with customers about what they are doing and issues that they may find. I am pleased with the outcome I had on a recent visit.”

“I went there when they first opened up at 8am. I explained what I needed and was told the price and was satisfied with that. It took about 7 mins. for someone to get my jeep and take it into the working bay. By 9am, they were pulling my car out and I was on my way. Decent service from customer service and mechanic tech. I would go back.”

“Jonathan and Kaelyn were amazing this visit! Over the last 4 years I have purchased 6 sets of tires and 4 sets of wheels for myself and/or family members. I have always gotten great service from everyone that works there, both inside the showroom and outside in the garage. You can't go wrong visiting the Discount Tire on Concord Mills Blvd”
