“Outlaw Off-road is the place for all of your 4x4 needs. I could not be happier with the work that they did on my 2013 Toyota tundra platinum. I went from a stock suspension on the platinum to a 4 1/2 inch lift kit with 34 inch Nitto tires. This shop was very easy to work with and were very experienced in the services at the offer. Also the turn around time was quick.After talking with Wes over the phone about what I wanted to do, he quickly sent me an estimate which showed the parts that were recommended for my truck, and everything that would be done to it. He also had a great eye for the kind of tires that I was looking for and that would look good on my truck which he was able to supply and put on for me at the same time as the lift kit.My truck drives like a dream and is exactly what I was hoping it would be like. I have had absolutely no issues at all with anything and I love driving my truck even more now. All of the guys at outlaw off-road did a really great job including the guys in the back who personally put in the work and double check everything to make sure it’s done right.I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience with this shop and to be honest after doing business with them I’m going to recommend them to everyone that I know who is looking for some 4 x 4 work to be done.”

“This is the warehouse on John Price Rd. Easy to get to and they have all if your local store doesn't carry the item needed. I will say the public store front is a little wonky to get to. When you leave turn left on John Price and go through the shopping center to come out on Westinghouse. This is much easier than trying to cross S Tryon St if trying to go inbound towards Charlotte.”

Logan knew what size socket wrench I needed off the top of his head. As I later told the manager Shauna, he was confident-not cocky When I returned to the store, the store manager Shauna was amazing. Her skills as a mechanic helped guide me completing several automotive repairs. While price is always important, their help was invaluable and will keep me returning.”

He did. I asked him if he might be able to remove a large stain on my leather seat. He said that he might be able to do that. Great!!! How much do I owe you? “I work for a home health agency and I drive a company vehicle that if I need maintenance performed, it has to go to a specific location. Well, I had a flat tire on New Hope Rd. just down from the Gerber Collision And Glass location. I pulled into their location because there was no way I could drive the 3 miles to where our company vehiclels are serviced. I went inside just to let them know the situation, and that I have to take the car to the other location. I was planning to call for a tow truck which is our company policy for these situations. Instead I found a super friendly staff that offered to put air in my tire to see if it would hold long enough to drive those 3 miles. The gentleman who helped me told me there was in fact a nail in my tire but he thought it would hold the air until I got where I needed to go. I offered to pay for his help but he said there was no need to. The air did hold and I was able to get to our service location. This may seem like a simple gesture but it probably saved me two hours waiting on a tow truck. (It has taken that long in the past). That time saved, allowed me to get back on the road quickly and to my patient's home for their care. Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass for you excellent customer service!!”

So I did and they told me my lower control arms was bent. They ordered one and called me to come in and they would fix it. So I did.
