“Best buy geek squad ?? wasted my time, CPR repair ?? said my tablet was too new and they couldn't repair the charging port which was the only thing wrong with it because they couldn't get the part. Ubreakifix doesn't repair tablets. Gamer EMT ??????❤️ Not only was Mike able to replace the charging port. He did it really fast. I went in around 2 yesterday afternoon and had it back by 2 today and I think he had to order the part. Not only did he do an excellent job in a very timely manner but he himself was probably one of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever done business with. I Highly recommend Gammer EMT for your needs. It was a pleasure doing business with Mike and I will be back in the future should I have another need to have something repaired.”
“I dropped my son’s iPad off around 3pm on Monday. It had a shattered screen and he’d also picked pieces out of the cracks to create a large hole in the screen. They had it completely fixed by 10am Tuesday. Highly recommend!”

“Matt is amazing he fixed all my problems on my phone because the Gastonia cricket messed up my phone and made me lose all my contacts my photos both my Facebook account my Yahoo account and my Gmail and that was able to fix everything he is phenomenal at what he does and I would highly recommend him if you need anything fixed on your phone.”
“I went to boost store the other night with a problem..trying to get a boost sim card I ordered to have boost service but I had a straight talk phone ...a man Emmanuel was working I explained my problem he had boost person on his phone talking to them had a straight talk person on the straight talk phone talking to them he was on the phone with both boost and straight talk quit awhile he discovered thru the conversations straight talk phone could only be used for straight talk services he told me I had to go to Walmart buy a fourty dollar boost cell phone then my SIM card would work he closed in one hour Walmart was ten minutes away he said he would put SIM card in boost phone when I came back which he did he also transfered all apps contacts and pictures from old phone to new phone and he made sure new phone could make calls....he finished with all he did for me close to closing!!! A big thank you Emmanuel you were awesome and helpful and got things done!!!”

He made aware that I could switch out my old iPad for the on my line in place of Apple Watch so the service itself would be a wash.”

“I went to this store to sort out an issue I was having with my cell phone. Salan came over to help me out He was great and even stayed late to help me get it sorted out but unfortunately we were unable to get it fixed that night. The next day I came in and Angelica came to help she also was great to work with. Both of them was very polite and even apologized about the mix up that wasn't even their fault. We were able to get the issue sorted out in the end. I really appreciated the help of Salan and Angelica. Their customer service is top notch. If your heading to the store I recommend asking for Salan or Angelica.”

“Went in yesterday to get my service switched from straight talk. Had issues from straight talk and was giving the boost employee the run around. I went into to the same boost store today to try again and another boost employee assisted me today. His name is Angel and this man went above and beyond to assist me with my service transfer. He figured out what no one else could. If you come to this store, make sure Angel is there. He’s got you!!”
“Needed a new screen for my Samsung A 13. First store ordered wrong screen, then the next one was damaged on arrival! Took my phone back and went to 3 other stores. All said they couldn't get a new screen. This guy had it in a week and replaced the broken one in under an hour.AWSOME!!!”
“The best place IV been in awhile new girl was working here she had to activate for phones for meband my family. The phone service she had to call nest up and she had to manually activate all 4 phones. But ahe was as nice as could be and she did not stop until she had all of them done wish I knew her name”

“First, I was shocked there was no wait line to be help they were ready soon as we hit the door. Cheyenne was the first to greet us and ask if we needed help. She knew the questions to ask, which made it helpful not to waste time looking at products that clearly I wasn't interested in. I am not your typical tech person, so she made it easy for me to understand more about the products and how to get better usage out of my phone. I even learned something new about my previous phone. Lol We had a great experience overall.”
