“Badass!. That was the text I received from the company along with a picture of my finished bumper when they finished perfecting it. And what perfection it is. They didn't merely paint my bumper to match the body color, they masked off certain areas and painted them black to match the lower trim of the rest of the car. WOW.
When I first went to the business I met Kevin (the GM) and he explained the process I could expect when I gave them my bumper. He informed me that I could receive periodic texts/updates as they worked on the bumper---not because I asked for them but just because that's how their business operates. He gave me the strong impression that my pride and joy dream car project has now become their dream car project. They really took a personal liking to making sure everything was done correctly and periodically contacted me with photos to ensure I was happy with how they were going to proceed with each step.
I never expected to be this thoroughly satisfied but I am. I submitted a photo of the bumper and you can see the lower portion they painted black all the way around which ties in with the black trim of the rest of the vehicle. My eye didn't notice that painting it black would tie it in with the rest of the car....but their attention to detail picked up on it. They asked me if that's what I wanted and my response was, "oh heck yea". Foolish me for not realizing what could be achieved with a lil creativity but I'm thankful they did.

I called AutoZone, panicking a bit and thinking my car repair was going to cost me thousands. Tre calmed me down and advised I come in so that they could take a look at it.
Tre and Brandon both provided exceptional customer service and changed my car battery and tested all of the systems. They earned a new customer today :). Will definitely be going back to this location if I ever get in a pickle again. Thanks guys.”

“I called about a gas cap they had on one of there shop cars. They told me they did not sale it and may have been custome. He would find out and call me back ( I believe was derrick). I thought I'll never hear back, but about a half hour later he called back, had found out it wasn't a custom cap but from another vendor and they had modified to fit and even told me where to get it. After that customer service they will be my number 1 call for parts from now on”
“This is one of the bigger NAPA stores. Got a battery replacement for my motorcycle. Gave me the choice of a lithium battery. Very lightweight and smaller footprint. So far so good. I’ll have to purchase a separate lithium battery if I need to recharge. One drawback. Parts guy was very helpful. The store in Huntersville is much smaller and did not stock the battery.”

“Just have to tell my story my truck broke down I77n exit 23 in NC had to walk to NAPA they didn't have the rite have for my radiator so I ask can I pay someone to give me a ride back to my truck that's when Cameron said he would do it but called another parts place and found the rite part this great man took me to the other place but waited and took me back to my truck tried to give him the money and he said no never taught it was real people and this world but I met one former in your debt Cameron my God Bless you and your Family .And here's the best part we was different races.”
