“This is one of the best professional experiences I’ve had in a long time. Let me tell you about Mrs. Kelly. She was the ABSOLUTE BEST!,!!!!!!!!!! Words cannot explain the process I went through went my insurance agency. Her and her brother and crew handled BUSINESS!!!! They did a wonderful job on my car and they are so down to earth. They helped me when I was at a very difficult time with patience and understanding. The Ultimate Body shop is the only body shop I will use for and type of body work.. I love ? them.”
“AutoZone Auto Parts in Kinston, North Carolina is the kind of place you walk into needing one little part, and somehow your vehicle starts whispering, “Go ahead… fix me right.” Before you know it, you are standing there with oil, wiper blades, brake cleaner, a battery tester, and the confidence of a NASCAR pit crew chief.
The store is always a great stop when you need auto parts, tools, fluids, or advice that does not sound like it came from somebody’s cousin who once watched half a YouTube video. The staff is helpful, the shelves are stocked, and the whole place has that magical smell of motor oil, rubber, and “today we are getting this truck back on the road.”
What makes AutoZone in Kinston so good is how easy they make everything. You walk in with a problem, and somehow the answer is usually sitting on a shelf, hanging on a rack, or being explained by somebody behind the counter who actually knows what they are talking about. That is powerful. That is convenient. That is almost hypnotic enough to make you believe changing a headlight bulb will only take five minutes.
We truly appreciate AutoZone Auto Parts in Kinston for the helpful service, dependable parts, and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone who needs auto parts, vehicle supplies, or just a little mechanical courage before crawling under the hood and pretending they had a plan the whole time.”
“Advance Auto on Hwy 70 in Kinston is basically a mechanic’s Christmas store — and I swear the shelves must be sprinkled with magic grease because every single time I stop in for a part, they’ve got it! It’s like Santa traded in his sleigh for a toolbox and parked it right here in Eastern North Carolina. The place is so well-stocked that even if I walked in asking for left-handed lug nuts or blinker fluid, I’d bet they’d have it waiting with a smile. The staff is friendly, fast, and know their parts like Rudolph knows his way home on Christmas Eve.
Big thanks to the crew at Advance Auto on Hwy 70 in Kinston for always keeping my repairs rolling smooth. Y’all save me time, money, and headaches every visit — and trust me, a mechanic with no headaches is a rare holiday miracle. Keep up the great work, and you’ll always have this customer’s loyalty!”
“In the month of March 2026 I had windshield wipers installed by one of O'Reilly's personnel. She was very professional and knowledgeable. As a senior person, I appreciated her giving me a good deal that would suit my budget. I will be returning there to purchase other auto parts. I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts.”

“Let me tell you! This place is amazing! One they have a range of farm supply even saddles, two they support the second amendment and they sell guns I got my AR from here for like 600 bucks talk about deal, three all these guys are friendly and kind, four this place sells some bad to the bone lawn mower and all sorts of other things. You want a place where you feel welcome walk right in these guys will make you feel like you live there and just forgot to grab your keys before you left. Did I mention they sale guns I know I did just had to make sure you knew. The man who runs the place I believe is a sheriff in Lenoir county so you know you feel safe while you're shopping to H&H farm supply for the win guys and remember they sell the most awesome and affordable guns you will go home smiling knowing you didn't get robbed to buy something. In this economy we need more places like H&H much love you guys”

“My experience from this shop was very good. My car was wrecked. The work that needed attention was explained in great detail was understandable. But later it was classified as total. I would recommend anyone to Carstar Parker Body shop and Collision.”

“If your truck's battery gives up the ghost in the middle of Eastern North Carolina, fear not—Advance Auto Parts in Kinston will have you cranking and cruising faster than you can say “alternator!” We stopped in needing a new battery, and let me tell you—these folks don’t mess around. Within minutes, we had expert advice, a freshly tested replacement, and even a helping hand ready to install it right in the parking lot. No smoke, no mirrors, just straight-up automotive wizardry.
The staff? Friendlier than your grandma on pound cake day. One even offered to check our wiper fluid level just because “it looked like it needed a little love.” If that’s not Southern hospitality with a socket wrench, I don’t know what is.
Prices? Shockingly fair. Service? Electric. We left charged up and grinning like we’d just won the NASCAR of car parts shopping.
Big shoutout to the team at Advance Auto in Kinston—you saved our workday and turned a frustrating battery issue into a smooth pit stop. D & D Pest Control Co. appreciates having reliable neighbors like y’all when we’re out servicing homes and businesses across Eastern North Carolina. Keep those tools turning and those trucks rolling!”

“I have had the pleasure of being a loyal customer of Kevin's for over 15 years, during which he has consistently provided exceptional service for various family vehicles, including SUVs and trucks. His commitment to fair pricing, honest work, and transparency is truly commendable. I must admit that finding trustworthy professionals can be challenging, especially for someone in my situation as a widow. Having an established relationship with Kevin is a blessing, as I can rely on him to prioritize my safety and well-being without worrying about being taken advantage of. If I could more than 5 stars I would! Thank you Kevin for all you have done for my family.”
