“Chris was super helpful, even with short staff. He could not replace it himself without a second staff member so he did the next best thing - enable me to replace it myself. He tested the car battery to confirm its poor health, let me borrow a wrench set to remove and fasten nuts, and suggested a terminal replacement due to corrosion. Great service - even with limited personnel resources.”
“I would trust these guys with anything! I blew a tire right across the street from them and walked over with zero expectation they would be able to help. I asked if they offered spare tire changes and they said “no, but let me see who’s here.” Within ten minutes there were four men changing my tire. I came in dealing with what turned out to be an alternator issue, and Chris took the time to actually help instead of just trying to sell me parts. He came outside, checked everything over, answered my questions, made sure I was getting the correct part for my car, and treated me with respect the whole time.
What stood out most was that he didn't rush me or make me feel like I was just another customer. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help me make the right decision. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.
