“Good experience!, super nice employees they were not rude only downside was that some things were incomplete so they did come 2-3 days foward because first time they was missing the frame, the side boards and front foot boards and the mirror for the dresser like the picture but the man called the store manager he said the bed didnt come with those things and the dresser didnt come with the mirror and the only thing left is for the other guy to come to set up some pieces on the bed and we fix the situation other then that those 2 people were so nice and helped as much as i could i personally think it would be better if the company would make it more organized for the delivery people to come and do things without inconvenience or issues i do not think that it is the fault of the delivery guys they are just doing their job but it would be better if the company did their part and organized things for the delivery people. Thank you guys either ways the rooms are beautiful!?☺️”

“My husband and I recently undertook the stressful and daunting task of hauling one of our beloved horses from NC to Lexington KY for a specialty neuro-surgical evaluation at a world-class facility there. We’d never hauled that far, so we prepared heavily at left at 3 am. Two hours into our trip we had DEF code trouble and had to turn around. I panicked because if we couldn’t figure out an alternate solution, we’d lose our appointment that we’d waited a month a for. John at Enterprise Truck in Raleigh met us as he unlocked the doors first thing in the morning, and immediately got on the phone to find something to haul our large trailer. He brainstormed with Justin, at the Durham location, and sent us straight there - knowing we were now on a major time crunch. Justin was warm and empathetic. He breezed through the admin process, discounted what he could (knowing our personal truck now suited a repair bill) and sent us on our way with a fully capable, brand new Ram 3500 dually - in record time. To John, Justin and Enterprise-Truck I’m sure they were just doing their jobs. To us, they literally SAVED THE DAY, and my horse. They reciprocated the same sense of urgency I know we were probably radiating, and were warm and kind from pick up, to drop off. I wish I could give 100 stars and I’ll recommend them time and time again.”

“Reserved 12’ truck. Truck is clean, I drove 500 miles without any concern. Truck backside shutter has lock holder. Easy to drive on any roads. 12’ truck has four wheels. Also reserved hand truck which made moving fast.”
