Yet another DG selling balloons and not telling you they're out of helium until after you paid, then you have to wait for them to track down a mgr to get refunded, why even sell balloons if you can't fill them? But hey atleast theyre one of the few DGs without loading carts blocking aisles, silver linings I guess
