βLove love love this place! My wife and I have been going for a little over a year and recently upped our membership so we can take unlimited classes because we enjoy it so much. Our fav coaches are Jaay, Meredith, and Anna! They all have awesome music, are super encouraging, and demonstrate modifications if you need. All the members and SAs are super welcoming and, if you go on Saturday at 10:45, youβll be lucky enough to work out with Jillβ trust me on this one! ? ???β

βI believe this is probably the best gym here in Durham! I love the variety of equipment for any of your workout needs. Iβve been frequently visit this gym since December last year and I must say I love my experience every time! The staff here are very nice and Iβm always happy to see them every time I come! βOrange Theory Fittness is the best workout experience I have had. I like having a heart rate monitor to show that I am working in the corect zone. I also like that all classes are different - you don't know what youmight be doing during the workout. It could be any combination of power walking/running, rowing, and floor work. The coaches are professional and have great attitudes. I am do glad I tried this workout because I am addicted. Come try a free class!β

βI have avoided gyms my whole adult life. But I wasn't hitting my fitness goals, so I decided to give O2 Fitness a try. I LOVE it here! It's clean, pretty, well equipped, has a variety of classes, and has a lot of perks--like two free personal training sessions when you become a member. Since joining this gym, I feel better and more motivated than I have in a long time.β
βUpdate: I have now been attending Crossfit classes at North Durham CrossFit for a little over a year, and I haven't slowed down at all! A few months in, I upgraded my membership so I could attend more often. This week, I got to participate in a competition. I've found not only better fitness and more confidence but also a great community of supportive people. If you're on the fence about starting, you should give it a try, regardless of your current fitness level or experience.I've been going to this gym for about two months, and it's been a great experience! I had never done any CrossFit or weight lifting before, and the coaches were great about helping me learn the ropes and jump in. The other members have been welcoming and supportive as well. Special shout out to Coach Ewan for patiently explaining all the movements to me so many times and always being helpful with feedback! I've always struggled with establishing a consistent work out routine and staying motivated, and now I actually look forward to my CrossFit classes. I definitely recommend giving it a try!β

βI joined this gym a couple weeks ago and I'm really happy with it so far. Good variety of equipment and has everything most people would be looking for. I would give it 4.5 stars with a half star docked for their flat benches and no drinking fountains. Flat bench pads are real slick and it makes driving with the legs a little tricky but ultimately it's a small inconvenience that doesn't get in the way of my training. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the Durham area looking for a place to jack some steel & sweat in peace.β
βStill a member after 8 years. Still doing about 10 classes per month. Still like that the staff greets me by name. Still like that it is next door to the Harris Teeter. Enough said.β
βCoach Hub and the rest of the team made me feel so welcome as an out of towner. Highly recommend this gym to learn martial arts.Supportive, professional, and awesome!β

Other class mates are also friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns. My wife and I felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Anyone debating taking the trial class should not wait, and send coach an email through their website and get a trial class booked! My wife and I will be joining full time!β

βIβm really impressed with the facility as a whole. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It has a wide variety of activities to do and it doesnβt have that pump it up atmosphere like the chains do. Pool, jacuzzi, track inside and out and a fitness center with everything you need. Classes are also available for different kinds of exercises.β

βHaven't had a workout like that since D1 NCAA. Amazing owner, clean, positive energy, super newbie friendly, and great with working around injuries. As far as workouts go, this is Durham's hidden gem.β

βI got the opportunity to join FitLab after my previous box unexpectedly relocated to a different location. Iβve been at FitLab for 3.5 months and itβs a great place to train. The owners are present and truly care about what you are getting out of the process. The coaches are knowledgeable and run you through proper warm ups prior to strength and conditioning sessions. Highly recommend this place to anyone.β

βThe maintenance man that works here is exceptional. He keeps this place spotless and is such a hard worker. The weight room and bathrooms are always clean. He is always polite and courteous and the front desk staff is also welcoming. I love the lighting and windows in this gym and am super happy with the equipment (hack squat, v squat, t-bar row, incline chest press machine, dual cable cross machine, ect.).β
