Not only did they ship it via freight for us but they came out $700 cheaper than FedEx a year prior with the OEM box for the same type of TV.
They are very customer oriented and should be first place you go for anything shipping.”

“The North Durham store is always orderly and well-stocked with office and home office essentials, which are easy to find because of the well-marked aisles. I've never had a problem with the prices. Even if some things are a bit cheaper at Walmart, who needs the hassle, disorganization and long checkout lines? The services at Staples, such as printing, binding, banners, and the return service of major online retailers are very convenient, and available nowhere else in my area. The tech dept has a friendly, patient and knowledgeable associate. I like the rewards program and I love my North Durham Staples. The store is very valuable in this part of Durham.”

“I read several negative reviews about this location and decided not to go there. It turned out that we had to go anyway to do an Amazon return. Xavier was very helpful and had a great customer service attitude. We had some problems with our return and Xavier was patient while we worked through our issues. Don't know about the rest of the store, but Xavier is definitely a five star employee.”
