“It is in a good location, easy to get in and out off. They were very helpful. I was returning multiple things. I also had a miter saw with stand that was super heavy and it was nice they had a cart to get it to the store.”
“The staff always take extremely good care of whatever I bring in to be framed. I recently brought in a large photo my spouse and I purchased in a gallery in a small town in VA. The print was dry mounted on a weak frame with no proper glass. I knew immediately where to bring this photo to be properly framed. The Frame Shop did a marvelous job of taking care of it. The staff explained because of the size and weight of the glass, it would need extra supports. When I picked it up today, the photo was enhanced by the work done. This is my go ot place for anything I need framed since they do such a beautiful job.”

“Bread & Butter is the best! I worked with them to print my t-shirt design and the process was quick and easy. The customer service was fantastic and they provided helpful feedback in a timely manner. I placed a large order and the pricing was better than other companies. The final product was professional quality! I will definitely continue to use Bread & Butter and I would recommend them to anyone who wants affordable and high quality t-shirts!”
“Needed some new running jerseys for my company in a relatively tight pinch. I walked into their Chapel Hill location and was greeted by Elliana, who was amazing from start to finish on my needs. She was thorough, informative and caring in the entire process. I was thrilled with the end product and would 1000% use them again.”
“I needed to ship a package to a great friend of my who’s currently deployed in Korea. The process was overwhelming, because this is my first time shipping internationally. However, I was very grateful for the assistance I received from the staff at this store. They made the process easier than anticipated and provided me with helpful suggestions to ensure timely arrival. Superstars!”
“Ordered my Christmas Cards here using the Marketing Postcard option. Great price for the amount of cards that I wanted to purchase. It was done super fast and the quality was pretty good for the speed and price that I paid for. Courteous employees. I looked at the sample postcards they had in store before submitting an order.”

“The MLK location in Chapel Hill NC is very close to my home and they always help me get my shipping needs accomplished and they are always friendly and courteous! Thank You!”
“Very convenient location. Very nice people and helpful. It is a little confusing as the FedEx service is offered inside the Walgreens. They did not know what an RMA was, which surprised me, but they were young. I told them and they were not sure if they sent them. I showed them the label and they said oh yes. It looked like they then used desk scotch tape to put the label on. Ouch! They must have no idea what happens to the boxes! In the future now that I know they do RMAs I will tape the label in advanced. I will be back for their services.”
“I love this store. Our family counts on it for everything from graduation cards to great stuff for work. Today, I was checking out and the cashier, Eve, was extremely patient and helpful. Highly recommend her and this particular store.”
“I had a few complicated shipments I had to make and Angel made it so smooth. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and really took her time figuring out the logistics with me. I always use this FedEx... they are great!”

“Possibly the best framing experience that I've ever had. I framed several prints at once which, yes, was expensive, but Chapel Hill Frame & Fine Art is worth it. They respected that I wanted a simple framing style that remained secondary to the images and helped me to select the frame colors to best match each print. They also steered me to the most affordable (but still quality) options and provided a bulk discount. I opted for the more expensive museum glass option but, after you see the difference, it's more than worth it. Quality framing is expensive, but Chapel Hill Frame & Fine Art gives a great value and great product/service. The framing was impeccably done, and the employees are a pleasure to work with. Most of the work in the provided photos was framed by Chapel Hill Frame & Fine Art. They even provide images on the backs of the frames of artwork information and artist signatures that were covered up by framing. I'm so happy with how it all turned out. Bonus: great exhibitions are always being shown in the store!”
