“It is in a good location, easy to get in and out off. They were very helpful. I was returning multiple things. I also had a miter saw with stand that was super heavy and it was nice they had a cart to get it to the store.”
“The staff always take extremely good care of whatever I bring in to be framed. I recently brought in a large photo my spouse and I purchased in a gallery in a small town in VA. The print was dry mounted on a weak frame with no proper glass. I knew immediately where to bring this photo to be properly framed. The Frame Shop did a marvelous job of taking care of it. The staff explained because of the size and weight of the glass, it would need extra supports. When I picked it up today, the photo was enhanced by the work done. This is my go ot place for anything I need framed since they do such a beautiful job.”

“After experiencing an awful customer service at another UPS store(1818 M.L.K. Jr Blvd ) I brought my shipping item here. The experience there was completely different. The staff here were friendly and professional. The lady who helped me patiently explained the difference between shipping an unpackaged item and dropping off a sealed box. She gave helpful suggestions on the best shipping method and carefully wrapped my folder with multiple layers of bubble wrap to protect it.
It was truly excellent customer service. It’s easy to see why this location has much better Google reviews. I highly recommend going to the Elliott Road UPS Store instead of 1818 MLK Jr Blvd one, if you want professional and respectful service and don’t want your day ruined by poor customer service.”

“Very convenient location. Very nice people and helpful. It is a little confusing as the FedEx service is offered inside the Walgreens. They did not know what an RMA was, which surprised me, but they were young. I told them and they were not sure if they sent them. I showed them the label and they said oh yes. It looked like they then used desk scotch tape to put the label on. Ouch! They must have no idea what happens to the boxes! In the future now that I know they do RMAs I will tape the label in advanced. I will be back for their services.”

“I needed to make a physical student ID car for U.N.C., a One Card. They stopped doing this, making actual physical ID cards, a few years ago, but I wanted one just the same. Angel helped me. She figured out a way to do this, she was both resourceful and patient throughout. I greatly appreciate Angel's efforts. She went beyond what typical customer service people do at FedEx Office stores.”

“Possibly the best framing experience that I've ever had. I framed several prints at once which, yes, was expensive, but Chapel Hill Frame & Fine Art is worth it. They respected that I wanted a simple framing style that remained secondary to the images and helped me to select the frame colors to best match each print. They also steered me to the most affordable (but still quality) options and provided a bulk discount. I opted for the more expensive museum glass option but, after you see the difference, it's more than worth it. Quality framing is expensive, but Chapel Hill Frame & Fine Art gives a great value and great product/service. The framing was impeccably done, and the employees are a pleasure to work with. Most of the work in the provided photos was framed by Chapel Hill Frame & Fine Art. They even provide images on the backs of the frames of artwork information and artist signatures that were covered up by framing. I'm so happy with how it all turned out. Bonus: great exhibitions are always being shown in the store!”
