When I am in the area of a Ross, I try to visit. I never know in advance what gems I might find. Occasionally, the line is a deterrent. I always check it when I come on the door.
Service was great although the wait was a bit long, maybe 15 minutes. No issues with those waiting in line. Checkout was smooth.
