But they need a big sign that says the registers that are for customer service are for customer service refunds because we waited in line thinking they were regular registers(I'm from out of town and my local Lowe's is set up a bit different)”
“Still issues with employees avoiding customers. The new employees for the most part always speak and offer to help. Employees that have worked there lo ger seem to avoid customers unless there is a manager near by. One longer term employee in the plumbing area is very outgoing and always speaks and offers to help. Not exactly which dept he is assigned but is in that area of the building. (Faucets, sinks etc)
