“We went to our local Lowe's Home Improvement store in Morehead City, NC. We are updating and remodeling our home and needed a"certain" style front door and back, which I had been looking for. Mr. Charlie Piner greeted us down the (doors) aisle. He is well known by my husband and myself. He was VERY knowledgeable, FRIENDLY, understanding, and patient with us. He, not only, found the exact door I wanted, but helped me with the accessories (door knobs, locks, etc) I wanted and needed to match my design and vision for our "new" home!!!! We were both VERY satisfied with Mr. Piners help and expertise and prompt attention to the details I envisioned for our home! We'll definitely continue shopping locally and with "our" Lowes Store!!!!!!”

“I came to Lowe's today to return some flooring. The return process was extremely simple and quick. I went back to the flooring department, where a gentleman name. Linn helped me decide what flooring would be best for our project and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He then came across the parking lot to help me load up my car, even though he was on his lunch break. Overall, all the employees I have met here have been wonderful. I would much rather this location over Jacksonville..”

“I was recently in your store located in Morehead City. I was having trouble finding the correct coupling needed for a home project. I found one of your associates who was up on a ladder and asked him a question. without hesitation he came down and took me over to the right section, I was totally looking in the wrong area. He not only helped me find the coupling I was looking for and asked if I would mind going to my truck to make sure that this was the correct one. Sure enough it was the one he had suggested.
