“The gentleman working last night was VERY patient when I disagreed, wrongly, with the gas charge. I became confused when the price on one side of the pump was different from the actual, and correct, charge. He explained this, but I kept arguing and wouldn't listen for way too long. His behavior showed exactly how to handle a situation like this and he reflects well on this store. While they should get the display on this pump fixed, I still give 5 stars for the service and apologize for making his job harder last night.”

“I filled up on Saturday morning , 10-18. The diesel pump would not come on so I went inside and gave the clerk my card, which I sometimes have to do. Clerk was helpful and i pumped my fuel then came back in and processed the payment by swiping. Later that day my bank notified me that I had a 500.00 charge at the same store. How mysterious?? I had to call and cancel my card. I attempted to contact the store three times but no one answered. Speedway's corporate customer service on line link was also down after trying twice.
update--11-6, Bank says this money was NOT removed from my account so I am not sure if this was a glitch with the pumps or not. I still do not know what happened but it is unfair to assume it was intentional.”

“I had given 5 stars than I had to take one away. Now, it's not that I don't think it's a good convenient & gas station. Most of the time, the customer service is great, and everything I need is available. The minus one star is for the " most" of the time. Unfortunately there has been, only less than a handful of times...where the service was a problem. But, the employees that were an issue are now gone. So, I haven't had anything but great service in a while.”

“I went in the store to get cigarettes th tall dark skin girl in which I wished I look for her name why is she working there she just stood there at looked at me like what you want I had to just tell her didn't open her mouth,I said hello and she didn't speak so I said it again and she looked again and said hello nasty after I got my cigarettes after she bought three my change in my hand I told my son I won't be going in there again and she is not the only one that never greet the customers but she has no business dealing with customer I won't go in there again because next time I know I will say something the worse that I have had to deal with”

“My husband’s truck broke down yesterday and instead of taking it to his usual VERY EXPENSIVE, SLOW mechanic we had it towed here where we go for our inspection! The truck was fixed quickly and runs great, staff is very friendly and the mechanic was great! His usual mechanic said it would take a week to repair and the price quoted was ridiculous. I got it fixed here in two hours and saved a lot of money! This place is great, thank you!! Customer for life!”
