62 Eade Rd, EtowahWhat a gem out in the wild! Their saison was clean, crisp & not overly done as most tend to be. I really enjoyed their mulled wine which they made every morning. Had hints of citrus & also not overly done with the spices. Their trippel was really amazing as well. Bright & clean on the inside & the (family?) that works there goes out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. I can’t wait to visit the mountains again & stop back into Sideways.
