Woof in the Woods
1451 Charlotte Hwy, FairviewI started going to Woof in the Woods 9 months ago to make sure the small dog we rescued wouldn't end up being the stereotypical yappy, jumping, annoying small dog I was used to seeing. I ended up getting a whole lot more.I've attended 4 class series (beginner obedience twice, recall, and intermediate), several 1 on 1 sessions, some drop in training, and have taken my dog to Woof for Friday socializations and boarding. We're scheduled for the agility training series and anticipate retaking the intermediate course again in the near future since you can retake the core classes with their open door policy. Needless to say, in 9 months I've gotten a solid spread of their offered services and everything has been a stellar experience.In working with Tracy and Rob at Woof in the Woods, I discovered a love and understanding of dogs I didn't even know I was missing. They've given me the confidence to work with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments and have a joyful experience doing so.

Truly a hidden Gem for a certain class of people in Fairview. Honestly I have never experienced a bad time here.
Large outdoor area, friendly, welcoming, and oh yea.. DOG FRIENDLY!
THE BAR staff over the years has always been completely fair, personable , and attentive. But they are also solid, will stand their ground and not take you s***. So don't be disrespectful.

520 Old U.S. 74 Hwy, FairviewBanana, NutterButter? I don't even like ice cream, but my husband has to have his Cherry Goat Cheese fix, so I tag along. Today was the first time I actually ate EVERY bite (our dog usually finishes off mine)! I recognized the owner at the window. When saw me taste test, we ALWAYS bless our food before eating it, he asked me how it was. I saw that he was waiting for an honest opinion, so here it is: I've never written a food review before, but this ice cream was soooo good, I can't keep it to myself. Try it! Don't just get a scoop, you might as well start with a BUCKET! Thank you, Hill Top!
