After some testing and hard discussions with the team we had to make the gut wrenching decision to let our girl go. The entire team was absolutely wonderful. Cinnamon and Dr. Z explained everything to us and never made us feel pressured to do anything we were not prepared to do. It was an awful situation, but I am thankful for their compassion.

2730 Greenville Highway, Flat RockI have to say, I consider myself a bit of a foodie, and I'm pretty critical when it comes to food. It takes a lot to truly impress me.
This was hands down some of the best ice cream I've had in a very long time. I ordered the peach cobbler with ice cream, and the combination of flavors was unlike anything I've tasted before—absolutely incredible.
The owners were also wonderful. We ended up talking for about 15 minutes, and they were genuinely warm, welcoming, and passionate about what they're doing. I sincerely hope they're here to stay because Flat Rock has needed a great ice cream shop, and this place absolutely delivers.
I only live in the area part-time, but I already can't wait to come back for more. Wishing you guys nothing but success—you've definitely earned a loyal customer!

The food is delicious, local (which you don't find a lot), and the staff is 10 out of 10. They are all so sweet and friendly! I stop for coffee almost daily! If you're local or just here on vacation it is definitely somewhere you should think about stopping!
