About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental Fletcher is a well-known car rental brand recognized for its customer loyalty. Customers appreciate the friendly and accommodating service provided by the staff, who often go out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. One customer enjoyed driving a Genesis 80 SUV, describing it as fast and huge, though they faced some difficulty with wireless charging. Another praised the service for being fantastic, noting staff members who shared jokes, offered towels, and went above expectations, even waiving fees for car seats when options were limited. Despite some inconveniences like long lines due to airport construction, customers highlighted the ease of getting in and out, mainly because of friendly staff. Some issues included waiting in the wrong line and a wet passenger seat from a car wash. Returns are straightforward, though occasional delays in processing receipts have been reported. Overall, Avis Fletcher is appreciated for its good service, helpful staff, and quality vehicles.

Bradley and Ethan were absolutely wonderful to work with. We had three cars rented and they were so kind through the process. Even switching out a car for us from the mall to the airport which was so helpful. I can’t thank them enough for working with me!! Highly recommend.
