National Car Rental at the Asheville airport provides an excellent and pleasant experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, sharp, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and quick. Service is fantastic with no hassle and no waiting. Customers can go directly to the rental lot, choose any car in the aisle, and often receive a free upgrade. The Emerald Club app allows for easy management. Drop off is very easy. The staff is helpful and understanding, going the extra mile to ensure a great experience, including assisting with issues like vehicle replacement.
Final cost less than the estimate. Car was a hybrid so we used very little gas (saving us money on refueling). And the Emerald Aisle is the still the nicest rental car option around. I've been a member for 30 years. Thanks National!!
