Car itself was ok. It was not the car or similar to the one reserved. Worst part is the slow lines and 1-2 understaffed employees every time with 25-50 people in the only line. No separate lines for reservations or self checking in.
They need to work on this.

5 stars for David. He kept the line moving quickly! Very professional helped me get a more suitable car for my needs. Budget had the smallest lineup.
4 stars because of the construction and all the car companies piled up in top of each other I wasn’t sure where the budget line even started.

Smooth transaction getting car but we weren't told the correct slot to drop it off at..the car was filthy when we got it as well on the inside and outside.
