Not as convenient as most. I feel like they could do a little better with location services. Had to go around the airport multiple times to just find the attendant area. Then you have to walk over to another location. Basically a 3 stop event. Service was good.

Enterprise Car Rental in Asheville was Great! There was an employee, Brandon, who assisted me with my car rental return. He went Over and Above to make sure I was completely satisfied. What a pleasure, in this World today to find someone who really cares about you!! :) :)

Very easy format online to find a vehicle that met our needs for this trip. Pick up and returning was a breeze even with airport construction. Use to rent from a competitor, but not anymore. All associates were very helpful with to a smiling attitude. We will stay with Enterprise now.
