“I placed my order with Rob by phone. Which, on my part, took a few phone calls, but Rob was patient and answered all my questions and made suggestions to fit my needs. He handled the process of my purchase professionally, and with no pressure. Today, my mattress was delivered by Charlie and Brent, who did a great job removing my old mattress and setting up the new one. They were so friendly, conscientious, and accomodating, I just had to call the store and tell them how much I appreciated them. When you have furniture to sell he'll tell you right away whether he can sell it and what he should be able to get for it. If you're buying he'll explain why the price is what it is - which by the way is always fair. We have bought a half dozen items from them over last three years and are super satisfied with all of them. We have also consigned a dozen other items with them and they have sold everyone at the prices agreed upon. I highly recommend The Furniture Barn. John B.”

“I will post more photos after I go back. Imagine the inside of the WNC farmers market building, but much larger with labeled sections. Each section has its own unique artist or vendor boasting furniture, collectibles, artwork, decor and much more. The space itself is vibrant and a perfect place to cool off from the heat to walk around. This is definitely the place to look for non-traditional items to funkify your interior design. For reference, I am a mustard yellow rug, green velvet chair with a lava lamp kinda vibe. They also have elegant, classier items too. There's no inventory list online, you just have to go see yourself!”

Staff is very helpful and selection has recently been expanded due to a recent expansion of the store. Quality is great.
