“We love the kind staff and store variety. We actually started a tradition of getting all Christmas gifts from Cotton Company vendors because the selection is so varying. If you didn't find something you wanted, come back a week later, and you'll likely see a new selection!
Overall great atmosphere and simply fun to spend an early weekend afternoon in while sipping coffee with friends.”

I found a similar product that I was looking for and after she was helping another customer helped me find exactly what I was looking for that just happened to be on the end cap near us. “It's a Ross so most of the product is run down for one reason or another. This location I one of the cleaner ones I've seen and it still feels messy. Folks here are fine service is standard, but the amount of broken or damaged products on shelves is a little excessive sometimes.
No one wants to buy half a box of spaghetti noodles for a dollar off.”
“I love and hate this store at the same time. I love this store because of everything about it, and the help is always excellent. I hate it because I always end up spending way more than I planned. I highly recommend it if you want to get in a good mood and/or buy items for your house; the Wake Forest Kirkland's is the place to go. It is always neat and staff will always ask if you need any assistance. The staff is super sweet and so knowledgeable about home design.”
