“We love the kind staff and store variety. We actually started a tradition of getting all Christmas gifts from Cotton Company vendors because the selection is so varying. If you didn't find something you wanted, come back a week later, and you'll likely see a new selection! Overall great atmosphere and simply fun to spend an early weekend afternoon in while sipping coffee with friends.”
“It's a Ross so most of the product is run down for one reason or another. This location I one of the cleaner ones I've seen and it still feels messy. Folks here are fine service is standard, but the amount of broken or damaged products on shelves is a little excessive sometimes. No one wants to buy half a box of spaghetti noodles for a dollar off.”
“If anyone is needing a shop for personalized embroidery, please check out Carolina Clover! I just got my baby girls newborn gown embroidered by her and she was SO helpful!! She’s located at “The Cotton Company” in downtown WF. I showed up and didn’t see a color that I had in mind and Tamara (the owner) immediately said “I’ll go to the store and get a color that you like better.” She totally did not have to do that and I was so grateful. The next day she sent me pics of the colors (multiple!🥹) she got & I felt so bad because it still wasn’t what I had in mind. She assured me that this is for my baby’s coming home outfit and she wanted it to be perfect, so she went BACK to a different store and color matched the exact color I wanted. I was so in awe of her kindness and how excited she seemed for my girl to wear it🩷 She texted me the next day that it was ready and I can’t wait to send her a pic of my babe in it!”
“I love and hate this store at the same time. I love this store because of everything about it, and the help is always excellent. I hate it because I always end up spending way more than I planned. I highly recommend it if you want to get in a good mood and/or buy items for your house; the Wake Forest Kirkland's is the place to go. It is always neat and staff will always ask if you need any assistance. The staff is super sweet and so knowledgeable about home design.”
Two familiar names now share one storefront. Bed Bath & Beyond and The Container Store opened their first co-branded location in Fort Worth, Texas, on May 16, and the concept is spreading to nearly two dozen stores in what the company calls phase one.
Bob's Discount Furniture is growing while its competitors shrink. The Manchester, Connecticut-based retailer reported strong fourth-quarter results in its first earnings call since going public in February, with revenue climbing 8.2% to $648.8 million. Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year. CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
