“I stop here many times a week to clean out my car. I feel safe, and the access is convenient. The dollar machines could use up dating as they are out of service quite a bit but that just because I enjoy the vending with the different car washing needs.”

“First Class Mobile Detailing is AMAZING! Dave got here and reviewed what I wanted done. Then he went to work. Everything is contained in his van. I let him work his magic for about 2 hours. “Have had a membership here for a little over a month and really like the quality and speed of the car wash. The vacuums are decently good and the sprays for cleaning are pretty OK as well. What I don’t like about this place is that the provided towels are ALWAYS WET. I don’t understand. Do they not have a dryer? Do they not have enough and have to cut the dry cycle short? Do they think people want wet cloths? Please provide dry microfiber towels to your customers! Also much of my glossy interior is smeared I think because of their wet cloths. They need a better laundering service.”

Kelly and Thomas were absolutely amazing during my visit to Zip Car Wash! From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond—especially by taking extra care to clean the mats thoroughly, something I truly appreciated.
Both of them were very pleasant to talk with and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and Kelly and Thomas definitely deserve recognition for their effort and kindness.

“I had Prime Time come to my house for a basic detailing and I am very happy with the service. The detailer (Keith) was very nice and thorough and my SUV looks amazing inside and out. All the dog hair--gone. All the spills and gooey stuff from lugging a toddler around--gone. Looks brand new inside. The car looks great outside, too--as if it got a fresh coat of shiny paint. I will definitely book this service again in the future.”
“5 star service and great price! $40 for my Mustang Mach E and I left a $10 tip. Honestly this is just as good as when I pay 5 times that for a detail job at my home. Way quicker with around 4 people working on my car at once. Can't go to car washes with the brushes bc it will mess up my paint/ceramic coating and tired of paying $16 for a laser wash that does hardly nothing. Will continue to come here as a repeat customer.”

“Needing to get in contact with owner. My wife and I had visited the car wash in Fuquay-Varina. We had taken some of our stuff out of the truck and forgot to put it back in truck. We were hoping to get our things back especially the violin case. We came back later but it was already gone by then.”

“The self wash bays served their purpose, except the bay I used wouldn't take dollar bills. I had to go to the change machine to get my quarters. Also, I want sure exactly which setting to use for the air dry wand. But I have no real complaints, I'll go back.”
“I went here today for an exterior special wash and was extremely happy with the service I received. The manager, Kenny, was so informative and attentive to all my questions. He even participates actively in the post-wash experience and goes the extra mile. Go see Kenny and his team. They will take care of you and your vehicle! Thank you, Kenny! Also, if you are on the newest part of I-540, exit on 401 north. This Autobell is not far from the exit.”
