“FCMD Dave and Donte arrived yesterday at 9:00am, on time and in a great mood. They even helped clean out my car which I should have done before. Told the guys there was coffee and water if they needed it inside and I went on about my work and let them be. A short 1.5 hrs pass and they let me know they have finished and man oh man what a job they did. I got the highest package they offered, and they delivered on every single front. The engine looked like it came from the factory, the glass was flawless, the neglected paint looked phenomenal and all the little details just added to it. Amazing work. Amazing guys. I'm amazed of how it did not take as long as I thought it would yet they detailed every nook and cranny of my vehicle. “I had Prime Time come to my house for a basic detailing and I am very happy with the service. The detailer (Keith) was very nice and thorough and my SUV looks amazing inside and out. All the dog hair--gone. All the spills and gooey stuff from lugging a toddler around--gone. Looks brand new inside. The car looks great outside, too--as if it got a fresh coat of shiny paint. “We have used this car wash approximately a dozen times over the past year or so. We usually purchase a mid-grade wash, not the basic or the very top. I would say that it does a relatively thorough job of cleaning. They don't use a hose for prewash and I think that is probably why I spend extra time on the tires when we move to the detail lot. The detail lot always has carts with plenty of freshly cleaned, still damp towels, as well as sprays for disinfecting, glass, and interior. The vacuums have never disappointed. There is PLENTY of suction and they do a great job of getting carpets thoroughly clean. I will say that I was VERY pleased to see the mat cleaning bay was open after months of being out of service. I've included a picture of that here.”

“I stopped by this Autobell on Fayetteville Road today to get a proper cleaning of my vehicle both externally and internally. I told the attendant what I would like done and purchased an almost $50 package.After my vehicle went through the automated outerbody and underbody washes, I pulled the vehicle up on the side for them to do the more detailed cleaning. I sat on the bench outside and just waited patiently observing how they work. They work very diligently and quickly to get the vehicles back to the customer within a short timeframe.When my vehicle was ready, I did a walk around and a look inside just to make sure it met my expectations. After all, when you pay almost $50 to get your vehicle washed, you expect a certain level of service and attention to details. There were several areas that needed additional attention; for example: the cupholders, under the seats, my steering wheel, the trunk and trunk door, certain parts of the chairs, and other areas that were missed. When I expressed those concerns, everyone quickly went to rectify the situation.I was especially impressed by Nick who really took it to heart to ensure that my concerns on the interior of my vehicle were handled efficiently. By this time, everyone else had moved on to another vehicle, but Nick stuck around, and he took his time and really checked the areas and took care of all of the concerned spots and others that I did not initially observe. I was really happy with his performance. He also had a pleasant attitude and was very professional.I am giving this facility an overall 4-star rating for 3 reasons: (1) When I expressed my concerns with the original job done, they immediately worked to rectify the problems; (2) Nick was a shining star and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction; (3) When I got home, I realized that there were some areas on my tires that were completely missed from the Armor All job even though my package included an Armor All Special.Generally, I had a good visit at this Autobell Car Wash. I send a special thank you to Nick! My vehicle is now cleaned internally and externally and smells fresh just in time for Easter tomorrow.”
