“Ron and company were extremely nice to my kid who was excited to see the process and that is pretty much all that matters. Oil change was priced reasonably and they didn't oversell.
Came back years later and they are all still pros. Jasmine was polite and the staff were all good. Highly recommend this location.”

“Brian is by far one of the best people as well as the owner of Premier One auto. He has gone above and beyond for me and my family. He works with you on prices, cuts the dealer rates and have if not even better to get you whatever service you need. He is one of the best people that I know and one of my closest friends he always goes above and beyond for anybody, friends, family, etc. if you need work done to any of your vehicles, he can get it done. He also has rentals that help out. I have nothing more to say because he is phenomenal.”

“I arrived first thing on Saturday morning for an oil change and inspection. Greeted professionally, I was told it would take about 30 minutes. True to this, it was ready. They did not try to oversell anything but informed me that a few things (brake pads) would need to be replaced within a year.
I normally take the car to Lexus for service but this saved me well over $200 and done in a fraction of time. Plus, it was tremendously convenient.”
“I have been bringing both my cars and motorcycles here for 5 years and will happily keep them as my inspection station. Many inspection places will not inspect motorcycles, and this place consistently has for the years I have been going here.
I have never had to provide anything other than the vehicle registration, $13.60, and then run through the lights, brakes, and blinkers as they are not as standardized as on cars. Most I have spent here is a half hour on busier mornings.”

“I have utilized Jiffy Lube many times. Today was the first time I could not get the services they advertise. I did get an oil change and it was done a little slow. They could not do a tire rotation because they were short handed. I am not sure why but another service business has the same problem. I don't know if wages, benefits or if it is an shortage of workers. I can observe many people who appear to never need a job so I think it is related to the work ethic which changed after COVID The cost of living inflation created a problem where wages cannot cover living expenses. Either way,it hurts businesses established to provide services and creates dissatisfied customers. I hope they can resolve the problem to establish they great service record again”
