“Stopped in after leaving a competing storage facility who has been difficult to deal with. Mackenzie was very helpful, answered all our questions and let us take a look at the available units. We were in and out of there within 20 min with exactly what we needed!”
“One of the best storage units on the Apex area, always clean, fast response to messages and the best customer service. Regina is always there to help and support you not like other places that you have to deal with automated systems and AI (artificial intelligence) thanks for your service, help and support always. I will recommend this storage facility a 100% of the time.”
“I recently had the pleasure of using the U-haul truck pick-up service at The Bargain Barn located at 2895 Hwy 42, Willow Spring, NC 27592, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I entered the location, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lady at the front desk was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. Her politeness truly stood out, making me feel at ease instantly. Throughout the process, she was attentive, ensuring I understood every detail and answering any questions I had with patience and clarity. What could have been a potentially stressful and tedious task turned into a smooth and hassle-free experience, primarily due to her exemplary customer service. It's evident that this location prioritizes its customers, ensuring that they leave satisfied and well-taken care of.I would wholeheartedly recommend the U-haul service at The Bargain Barn to anyone in need. Their combination of top-notch equipment and stellar customer service truly sets them apart. If you're in the area and require a U-haul service, do yourself a favor and visit this location – you won't be disappointed!”
“For not being climate controlled, I was very pleased with the condition of items stored there on Holly Springs Rd and Ten-Ten Rd. The staff was very accessible and happy to please. They have a good and safe way to access their units and uniquely paved spaces between the buildings to keep out water and drain properly when the water comes down in torrents or normally. Nothing got wet or harmed in anyway. Thank you, Dutchman Creek Storage for taking good care of my belongings. Judy Davenport”
“Wonderful experience! Quick, efficient, and very helpful. They had a large stock of trucks, supplies and other equipment. And the gentleman at the counter made me feel at ease about being a first time truck driver.”
“Great job Mark. Very courteous and helpful. He had more equipment than I thought he would have (multiple trucks and trailers). Would definitely use this spot again.”
“Returning the Budget Truck we rented to this location was super easy and smooth. We were greeted very warmly and professionally. I would recommend renting a budget truck from this location.”
“This site was very convenient and easy to use. The site contact person was clear and provided me with the truck I reserved and answered any questions I had. I read through some of the other negative reviews and it appears that most if not all issues stemmed from issues customers had with Uhual corporate and their systems or wanted something more or different than what was reserved. As long as you clear everything up before the pickup, this location will handle it correctly and fully.”

“Rented a 15' truck from this location to move some big furniture, and could not have been happier with the experience. The staff was very friendly, and got me checked out and on my way very quickly.
Would definitely rent from this location again!”
