“I have always loved this store but me and my sister went shopping today, and I literally had the best experience I swear. I am not one to ever even write a review good or bad but I had to today just so everyone knows to COME HERE!!! me and my sister had so much fun, both associates we spoke with were so fun, personable, helpful, and sweet. We spent so much time talking about concerts, and so many other things. You could tell these girls had such great personalities and were not superficial in any way. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold a product” they were just super positive and fun and seemed to genuinely care that we leave satisfied!! As someone who works in retail myself I was super impressed, and immediately want to return to shop for my birthday and hope the same girls are working because they were so sweet and I loved them haha. They started rooms for us, hyped up our outfits, and had such a sweet and fun vibe overall. 11/10 recommend if you want some cute clothes and a great shopping experience :)))”

“Jodi and her family and staff at BYH display a genuine warmth when shopping with them. From the time you arrive… you just know! Extremely helpful, wonderful selections for gifts for everyone -and for me! ….and they all come wrapped so beautifully! They made it easy for my non shopping husband and son to buy gifts - and to have them talk about a positive shopping experience is saying a LOT! “I needed a last minute dress for my 16 year old daughter's birthday and we found one on the website. We were nervous to purchase site unseen but we were assured that we could return the dress if it didn't work out for any reason. We placed the order online and it was ready for pickup within an hour. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the pickup was a breeze. The store was very clean and organized and we will definitely be going back to shop in person soon.”

“I stumbled upon Gabe's on a normal day of exploring Garner. Kathy was so sweet and helpful. First time here. I enjoyed the huge selection of discounted brands. There is an overwhelming amount of merchandise to select from. I needed hours in the store but only dropped in quickly out of curiosity. Great items here. The store could use some cleaning and more organization. Overall, great staff and I found a few items. I've visited twice and Kathy was there both times. Smiling and pleasant to customers. She even remembered me.”

“I just want to say that today I received the best customer service from Mira & Desire. I had an exchange. My eyeliner would not sharpen properly I hate returning or exchanging items but I think this eyeliner was defective. I did not have my receipt but my debit card and id for some reason their computer system could not find me .....thank goodness I showed the proof of purchasing the item from the store with the sephora app....at this point the manager Desire worked tirelessly to find my receipt this took some time but she was diligent and guess what they found my receipt and I was able to exchange. I want to thank the super sweet cashier Mira and the wonderful manager Desire that went above and beyond for me. Thank you ladies so much you really made my day! I will be back to shop at this Sephora they really know how to treat their customers!”

“Oh my gosh so the staff is amazing, but the manager named “Three” has her store nicely ran. I’ve been to plenty of Rainbow and have even had the liberty at working at 2 locations in Daytona, but her store by far is now in my top “three” coincidentally. I came in and went straight to the shoes, which was the only thing I was planning to buy, and left with a whole new wardrobe due to the placement of her items. Customer service was outstanding and the young lady that was in the shift with her was very helpful. They both deserve recognition!!”
