“I just visited The Muffler Shop to install a brand new Remus catback exhaust system on my M Performance BMW. I have had them do a muffler delete and and downpipes on other vehicles in the past. Trey is awesome, very knowledgeable, competent, and experienced. He has always done great work on my cars in the past, so when the latest need arose I definitely went to The Muffler Shop with it. I have a lot of confidence in their work based on past experiences.

I obey my car. A warm, live voice answered Gerber's phone quickly, listened attentively, and scheduled the visit and repair, which began early on a Tuesday and was completed before lunch on Wednesday. I was kept abreast of progress with comforting texts. The offices were immaculate and welcoming, with free coffee and workers who enjoy being kind. And my car? “I really like this inspection shop. I took my 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 here and the whole process was fast and simple—about 10 minutes tops. All I needed was my registration and I was good to go. Later that day I realized I had handed them the wrong registration/inspection info at first, so I had to come back. I was worried I’d have to wait a long time or pay again, but they handled it right away with no hassle and no extra charge. Super smooth service, and it was only around $13. I’ll be bringing my other vehicles here too.”
