Our mattress arrived on the correct day. We give this experience a rating of 4.9 instead of 5 for just one reason. There was a mix up in our paperwork about removal of our old mattress/box springs. We believed that both were being removed but only the mattress was on the paperwork. So the delivery guys left with only the old mattress. But the story doesn't end there! Godber didn't drop it. He had his son come by and pick up the box springs later the same day. So he corrected the problem very well. We were very pleased and highly recommend Mattress Warehouse.

“I have bought quite a bit of furniture from this store. My latest purchase were two chairs with ottomans that were over $2,000. I paid a delivery charge of $99.00. The chairs looked fine when they were delivered. After sitting in one of the chairs that night , I noticed the lower back was uncomfortable due to lack of stuffing. The other chair was fine. I called the store & asked them if they would get me some stuffing & I would be happy to pick it up when it came in which would save them a trip out to my place. I went to pick it up & asked the lady if she would reimburse me some on my delivery charge of $99 since I drove the 23 miles to pick up the stuffing & saved them a trip to deliver it. She then told me she couldn't do that and if they had brought it to me they would have charged me a service charge. I asked her why I would have a service charge for a repair on the chairs? She said she checked the chairs before they left the store & there was nothing wrong with them. I told her if you didn't sit in them, you would not have known the chair lacked stuffing in the lower back. I wasn't asking for much, would have been happy if she would have offered even a $20 refund on the delivery charge, but she wouldn't consider anything. Needless to say, we will not go back and buy a sofa there to go with the 2 chairs or any other furniture.”
