“Klaus was very helpful and informative with choosing a mattress. He looked for the best combination of mattress and base for both better sleep and lowest price. Delivery scheduled in just a few days.
Update: Delivery was less than stellar. The actual mattress and adjustable base are in good shape but did not receive a text prior to arriving. Pulled into driveway, then pulled away and pulled into the house 2 doors down and started taking everything out before even going up to the door. Of course, the neighbor said wrong address. After pulling back into my driveway, rang bell and immediately started looking into my windows. Didn't take metal bed frame, only mattress and box springs even though I had specifically asked prior to purchase about it. Delivery people left the front door open the entire time they were here and blocked my way out with boxes so I could not even get to the door to close it to keep out bugs. Never asked what height I wanted the adjustable frame to be.”
