I always try to support local hardware stores first, but sometimes you just have to go to the big box stores if you need something specific.”

“I don’t see why I should give them less than 5 stars.Interns of backing I was scared initially when I read the reviews concerning backing and long waiting for unloads.I don’t know if improvements were made but I backed in with ease and wait time for unload was normal 1:40 minutes that is pretty good.Thank you guys see you soon I will definitely come back here once again.”
“Lowe’s has everything home and garden related that you can ask for. I have never been there and couldn’t find what I needed. Associates are always helpful and friendly.My only issue is that on my last visit this past Friday, I went there to purchase some highly rated Blackstone Sweet Teriyaki dry seasoning rub that is highly recommended and Lowe’s appears to be one of a very few stores that Carrie’s it. All the ones on the shelf were out of date by 4 months. I let 2 different associates know and they were very nonchalant about it. One even commented that they shouldn’t be selling it but that it was still good.”

“I came home from a trip and realized our HVAC unit was out. It was after 7pm and Google said Lowe's closed at 8pm. I jumped in the van to try and salvage our night by purchasing a portable A/C unit. In my haste, I accidently placed an order for pickup in Charlotte. Vicki the front end lead saved our life.
